John W. “Trip” Barber III holds a State Certified General Contractor, Roofing, and Unlimited Mechanical Licenses, with more that 30 years of commercial construction experience. Serving over that time in numerous operational and executive roles he is responsible for the strategic direction and overall wellbeing of Battle Mechanical.

Stephen Triplett holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and accounting. With 20 years of experience in the Mechanical Field he has held positions from Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Lead Estimator, General Manager, to current position of COO. Stephen oversees all aspects of Battles Day to Day operations as well as assisting Trip with the strategic direction of the company.

Keith Slinkard has over 30 years in the Mechanical Field, specializing in commercial, industrial, and marine mechanical/HVAC installation. Over that time, he has managed projects for the DOD, Military, School Systems, Hospitals, Distribution Facilities, as well as countless Commercial General Contractors. Keith manages all aspects of the execution of the projects from ordering materials to field staff supervision.
